Multi-Family Home Inspection
Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex inspections are available at $100 per each additional unit. These inspections come with a separate inspection report for each unit as well as a separate inspection for the roof and common areas.
Roof Inspections
No roof inspection is complete without an inspection of the attic system to check for leaks. Dont be sold a new roof unnecessarily by a roofing contractor. Get your unbiased inspection for your roof's condition.

Looking to go green? This package includes the Roof, Attic, and Electrical system. This will help give you an unbiased determination if it makes sense to invest in equipment.

Condominium Inspections
Condominiums require a special eye. We go above and beyond the typical home inspector scope for these inspections. In most cases, the HOA is responsible for the roof and exterior. We do not overlook these items even if they're not your responsibility, you'd want to be informed.
