Roof Inspection
Roof Inspections in our opinion, are not complete without inspecting the attic for active or prior leaks. A roofing contractor will sell you a new roof, so hire us to give you our professional, honest, and an unbiased report for your roof. Before you decide to invest in a new one, give me a call.
Structural Inspection
We often get hired by new home owners within the first year to inspect the structure and foundation for movement. While we are not qualified engineers, we know how to navigate issues and can provide the resources for remediation. Most inspectors point to an engineer. Instead of trying to find an Engineer and then having to paying thousands of dollars; we will assess the structure and point you in the right direction.
Water Treatment & System Septic inspection
Most rural areas in the North San Fransisco Bay Area have water wells and wastewater treatment systems. Some jurisdictions including Fitch Mountain and the Russian River can be a complete nightmare if overlooked. Mold Inspection and Testing
Mold is a common problem in many homes and buildings. One of the best ways to detect mold is through mold air testing. Mold air testing involves taking samples of the air inside a building and analyzing them for the presence of mold spores. There are several different types of mold air testing methods:

Surface sampling: This involves taking a swab or tape sample of a visible mold growth and analyzing it for the type of mold present.

Air sampling: This involves using a special pump to collect a sample of the air in a specific area of the building and analyzing it for mold spores.

Bulk sampling: This involves taking a sample of a visible mold growth and analyzing it for the type of mold present.
Attic Inspection
One in five homes we inspect have ventilation and exhaust issues in the unconditioned spaces. These are both common issues and when they are both concerning, it can be hazardous. Keep your house free of mold inducing conditions, warm in the winter, and cool in the summer.

Multifamily Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex
Multifamily homes require the same care if not more, than your typical residential building. Fire code and regulation, egress, first responder access, and other factors are to be considered. Our complete building inspections include common areas, exteriors, roofs, and each unit, for only $100 each additional unit!
New Construction Inspection
